Apart from the mags, what was different about the M2? And are the M1 mags compatible?

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier

I was tempted by the M2 but I think i'm going to hold out for the marushin MP40. Similar 8mm mech as the M2 but in a metal mp40. Luckly in Guernsey we don't have any site restrictions on 8mils.

Heres a link to the best review on the M2 I've found. http://www.incountry.ca/icforums/viewtopic.php?t=1772 as you can see in his review the mags are not compatible. His is a first run M2 from what I've heard the second run ones that guy I get my kit from has been restriced to semi only as they had a tendecy to break if used on full for too long.

apparently the mags for the two arnt compatable due to the gas valve being in a different place, the M2 had a selector on the side of the reciever for full and semi, and some moddels had a vented steel top cover instead of the wooden one on the M1,

I won't touch wwiiguns with a barge pole they have a seriously bad reputation, the American forum I go to has put at the top of all their forum subjects a posting entiled DO NOT GO TO WWIIGUNS.COM, I've also seen bad write ups on ArniesAirsoft site.

As for getting airsoft guns into this country it's not a problem, I've imported 19 in the last 5 months. (by the way the orange/red tip thing is an American requirement not British).

The Hudsons a gas gun not an aeg, and although it looks very nice it can be rather fragile, plus according to writeups it doesn't perform very well in scirmishes.

I cannot urge people enough not to go to WWiiguns. It's owned by Miki Nakamura. The man is a one man scamming machine, who through one of his other companies - Tokyohobby - owes a lot of people, both individuals and Airsoft retailers, a lot of money.

With regard to an AEG Grease Gun, I wonder if an AGM MP40 gearbox would fit?

There is a thread about the VCR bill; http://www.ww2airsoft.org.uk/php/phpBB2 ... .php?t=263

It's still a bit up in the air but it looks like as long as you're a member of an approved site you will be able to buy and sell airsoft guns.
